Key Responsibilities

As a Crew Member, you will be involved in preparing food by hand daily, rotating through stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. Maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and providing excellent service to every guest are essential. Your role supports not just customer satisfaction but also team collaboration and continuous learning.

Candidate Expectations

We seek individuals with a positive and enthusiastic mindset eager to assist customers and support colleagues. No prior experience is necessary, though a willingness to learn extensive cooking skills is important. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and able to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the workplace.

• Tuition assistance up to $5,250 annually
• Complimentary meals during shifts
• Paid time off and holidays subject to location
• Competitive wage range from $17.60 to $18.60 per hour, adjusted for skill, experience, and compliance with local laws
• Both part-time and full-time positions available
