Overview
This is a partner-company opportunity based in the United States. Applications and all hiring steps are handled by the partner organization. The role is for a Creative Director who will set the creative direction for direct-to-consumer initiatives across digital and e-commerce touchpoints.
The position blends strategic leadership with practical design execution, with a focus on building brand experiences and marketing assets that support measurable business results. You will guide internal and external creative contributors, collaborate closely with brand, platform, and publishing stakeholders, and help shape visual communication that drives customer engagement and growth.
Success in this role requires a mix of creativity, process improvement, team mentorship, and a strong awareness of evolving design methods and technologies.
What You Will Do
- Own creative strategy and delivery for digital, e-commerce, and performance marketing programs while coordinating both in-house and external creative support.
- Give design direction, review work, and apply quality standards to keep output aligned with brand expectations and performance needs.
- Allocate assignments according to team strengths and business priorities, while keeping work on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality level.
- Build, update, and refine brand standards so creative work stays consistent across channels.
- Work with cross-functional partners to define the creative direction and connect design choices to business objectives.
- Spot opportunities to streamline creative workflows, improve efficiency, and raise the overall quality of output.
- Share concepts, report project status, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders across the organization.
- Track new design trends, market developments, and creative technologies, including AI-enabled tools.
- Support the growth of team members through coaching, mentoring, and skill development.
- Contribute to broader learning and continuous improvement efforts within the organization.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a seasoned creative leader with deep experience in digital design, e-commerce, and results-oriented marketing. This person should be able to think strategically, deliver hands-on creative work when needed, motivate teams, and influence partners across functions.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in graphic design, interactive design, or a similar creative field, with a minimum of 3 years specifically focused on e-commerce and/or performance marketing design.
- At least 3 years of experience leading internal and external creative resources while delivering work on time and within scope.
- A portfolio that clearly demonstrates strong work in digital, e-commerce, and performance-driven creative campaigns.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or comparable design tools.
- Hands-on experience with AI-based creative tools such as Sora, Nano Banana, or similar solutions for ideation and design refinement.
- Proven ability to align creative direction with business goals and gain support from cross-functional stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing performance measures such as CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
- Working knowledge of UI/UX principles and what contributes to effective digital experiences.
- Ability to assess and develop both visual concepts and copy ideas.
- Customer-first mindset with empathy for end users and a strong interest in communication through design.
- Collaborative, practical, and solution-oriented approach, backed by strong communication and leadership abilities.
