The Role

The Junior Creative Designer position is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about diverse facets of design, including layout creation, video editing, and logo exploration. Working directly under the guidance of senior designers and creative leadership, the role offers hands-on experience with real projects across social media, digital advertising, presentations, branding collateral, and web graphics. The role demands flexibility, initiative, and eagerness to develop a well-rounded creative skill set.

Key Responsibilities

• Create designs in various formats like social media posts, digital ads, presentations, brand materials, and website graphics under mentorship.
• Assist with branding projects by experimenting with logos, typography, and color schemes to develop cohesive identity systems.
• Edit and compile short-form videos and simple motion graphics for social media and campaign usage.
• Accept and incorporate feedback effectively to transform initial concepts into polished, brand-aligned outputs.
• Maintain organization of files, assets, and design libraries to ensure production readiness.
• Stay updated with current trends, design tools, and formats, contributing innovative ideas to brainstorming sessions.

Requirements and Preferences

• 0 to 2 years of design experience, including internships, freelance assignments, or robust academic/personal projects.
• A portfolio demonstrating versatility and strong aesthetic judgement in layout, typography, color, and composition.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma; familiarity with video/motion software like Premiere, After Effects, or CapCut is advantageous.
• Strong grasp of design fundamentals including hierarchy, spacing, typography, and consistent style application.
• A collaborative and coachable mindset, with a willingness to learn through questions and constructive feedback.
• Ability to meet deadlines reliably while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Additional skills such as motion design, video editing, knowledge of social media formats, illustration, 3D modeling, or hand-lettering are welcome but not mandatory.

Additional Information

This position is based in-office at Sector 135, Noida. Applicants must be graduates. Compensation ranges between 250000 and 750000 INR annually. Interested candidates should submit their portfolio along with a brief note highlighting their design interests. Portfolios are mandatory; cover letters are optional.
