Role Overview
Working under the Marketing Manager's guidance, the Graphic Designer will oversee executing Mondrian Doha's social media strategy and initiatives. Collaborating closely with the Corporate Office, this role focuses on creating campaigns that enhance brand awareness, generate excitement, expand reach, and support the lifestyle image of Mondrian Doha.
Key Responsibilities
- Create designs for flyers, menus, social media posts, and campaign visuals aligned with Mondrian's brand, collaborating with Marketing and Food & Beverage teams.
- Produce animated content such as flyers, Instagram and Facebook stories, and short video clips to increase social media engagement.
- Develop new grid arrangements and creative layouts for Mondrian's social media profiles together with the Marketing Manager.
- Assist in photography and videography sessions, including styling and coordination, ensuring brand consistency.
- Collaborate with multiple departments like F&B, Rooms, and Spa to generate innovative creative ideas enhancing their online profile.
- Support Revenue and Reservations teams by providing current digital content for promotions, offers, and guest communications.
- Contribute ideas during creative brainstorming sessions consistent with Mondrian's visual identity and brand voice.
- Design and tailor visuals for email campaigns, websites, intranet, and microsites to boost engagement and conversion rates.
- Provide on-site assistance during hotel events for social media coverage and content capture.
- Back the wider Marketing team with various projects and activations throughout the year.
