Job Overview
Catering Solutions Pte Ltd is looking for a meticulous and dependable Control Assistant to join their team in Ang Mo Kio, Singapore. This role is on-site and involves a 6-day work week with two possible work shifts based on operational demands.
Working Hours and Location
- Location: Ang Mo Kio (AMK), Singapore
- Working Days: Six days a week
- Shifts: Two shifts available, either 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, assigned according to the roster and operational needs
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate patient meal orders to ensure meals are produced and delivered promptly
- Manage and update special diet requests and changes efficiently
- Communicate and collaborate with hospital wards, dietitians, and kitchen staff to guarantee precise meal service
- Maintain accuracy and up-to-date records for meal slips, diet information, and related documentation
- Address enquiries proactively and resolve meal-related concerns while keeping comprehensive documentation
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Basic proficiency in computer usage
- Effective communication and coordination abilities
- Capability to perform under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with multiple task management
