Role Overview
As a Contract Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Client Services and Professional Advisory Teams, overseeing two direct and around twenty indirect reports. Reporting directly to the General Manager – Client Services, you will manage the Ministry's Equipment Modifications Services contract, directing service strategy, fostering ongoing improvements, and forming key partnerships with stakeholders. Your duties will encompass monitoring contract performance, budget and demand management, ensuring quality, risk oversight, reporting, gathering sector insights, enhancing services, and future planning.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a tertiary degree in management, health management, contract management, or a related area.
- Have at least five years of relevant experience in health, disability, injury-related solutions, service delivery, or contract management.
- Demonstrate a minimum of five years leadership experience managing people and contracts.
- Display outstanding skills in managing relationships and stakeholder engagement.
- Exhibit initiative, innovative thinking, and strong influencing capabilities.
- Maintain a critical thinking approach combined with advanced problem-solving abilities.
- Show unwavering dedication to continuous service improvement.
- Have good financial acumen and proficiency in handling numerical data.
- Have managed contract performance, stakeholder partnerships, risk, reporting, demand, budgeting, and service upgrades previously.
