Role overview
This opportunity is for a Content Marketing Manager based in Germany and offered through a partner company that handles applications and the following hiring stages. You will join an international remote team and take ownership of content strategy that supports brand strength, business growth, and multi-channel marketing execution.
The position is suited to someone who can combine strong storytelling with analytical thinking. You will help shape narratives, improve discoverability across search and AI-driven channels, and work closely with product, marketing, sales, brand, web, and communications teams in a fast-moving global environment.
Accountabilities
- Create and implement a content marketing plan that supports business priorities, brand direction, and SEO objectives.
- Run the full content calendar, from planning and production to publishing and ongoing refinement.
- Ensure all content stays consistent in quality, tone, and messaging across marketing and communication touchpoints.
- Partner with web, product, marketing, and brand stakeholders to improve content for search, AI-based discovery, and integrated campaigns.
- Track performance using analytics and KPIs, then use the findings to raise engagement and strengthen business results.
- Lead storytelling efforts that clearly communicate product value, company messaging, and industry expertise.
- Align communication efforts with wider marketing and commercial goals through cross-functional teamwork.
Requirements
- Between 2 and 7 years of experience in content marketing, communications, brand marketing, or a similar field.
- A track record of producing strong content or leading effective brand/content campaigns, supported by a solid writing portfolio.
- Good grasp of content strategy, SEO, optimization, and social media best practices; familiarity with AEO/GEO is an advantage.
- Background in B2B technology, enterprise software, or tech marketing is strongly preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders across teams.
- Analytical approach with experience using content metrics to guide strategic improvements.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle several projects in a remote, collaborative setup.
- Business-level English and a genuine interest in technology, innovation, and AI-supported marketing workflows.
- Willingness to travel internationally several times a year for events and team collaboration.
