Role Overview
As a Content Designer, you will be responsible for crafting the content of administrative services. Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team, you will make online services, manuals, and digital tools accessible and understandable to all individuals interacting with government entities. You will also oversee iterative content creation processes and ongoing development alongside subject matter experts.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout all development phases to iteratively create clear content and user-friendly services.
- Develop content driven by analytical data and user journeys, using user research methods alongside researchers to identify needs and validate content continuously.
- Create and revise user-centered service content efficiently while maintaining high quality.
- Facilitate interdisciplinary cooperation within project teams and with external stakeholders, ensuring content consistency and fostering constructive exchanges of best practices.
- Promote the importance and opportunities of content design perspectives for effective teamwork and collaboration with various stakeholders.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Extensive experience in content design and/or UX writing focused on a user-centered approach utilizing data analysis and user research.
- Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and subject experts, aligning their objectives with overall team goals.
- Capability to simplify complex, including legal, language and procedures, proficient in translating these into plain language.
- Experience establishing structures for collaborative content creation and iteration, familiarity with content management systems and editorial processes.
- German language skills at minimum C1 level and fluent English proficiency in both written and spoken forms.
