About the Role

Elite Station is seeking an innovative and strategic Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join their team in Tirana, Albania. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for someone who is passionate about crafting engaging content that captivates audiences and enhances brand presence across multiple social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement social media strategies tailored for diverse platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and upcoming channels.
• Produce dynamic content such as posts, reels, stories, carousels, and short videos.
• Organize and oversee content calendars to ensure timely publication.
• Craft compelling captions, scripts, and social media copy that resonate with target audiences.
• Stay updated on social trends to identify chances for viral content and high engagement.
• Engage with the online community by managing comments and messages effectively.
• Evaluate content performance through analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Work in close coordination with marketing, design, and other departments to align content with business goals.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least two years of professional experience in content creation and social media management.
• In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and emerging channels.
• Proficiency with content production and scheduling software.
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and copywriting abilities.
• Capability to produce and edit short-form video content.
• Familiarity with social media metrics and performance analysis tools.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
• A creative approach with awareness of current trends and brand consistency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with design and editing tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or equivalent software.
• Understanding of paid social media advertising techniques.
• Experience working with B2B, SaaS, fitness, or technology-related brands.
• Basic skills in graphic design and video editing.
