Role Overview
We seek a proactive Content Creator responsible for crafting our narrative across multiple channels including our blog, email newsletters, and LinkedIn presence. This role requires ownership of the entire content process—from identifying story opportunities through research and interviews, to writing, publishing, and analyzing audience engagement to refine future approaches.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and publish compelling blog posts, newsletters, and concise LinkedIn content.
- Create client case studies by managing the entire lifecycle from concept and interviews to drafts and final approval.
- Develop insightful market content to provide unique value and differentiation.
- Collaborate with Sales and Client Success teams to uncover customer stories and market trends.
- Visit client sites for first-hand research and interviews.
- Identify and advocate for innovative campaign ideas.
- Work closely with the Design team to integrate visuals supporting your content.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in content creation or content marketing, preferentially within B2B SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with UK financial services or a strong eagerness to quickly acquire industry knowledge.
- Exceptional writing skills characterized by clarity, precision, and avoidance of jargon or filler.
- Ability to self-manage the content generation process including idea sourcing, stakeholder engagement, and meeting deadlines independently.
- Confident in interviewing clients and senior personnel to convert broad discussions into concise, engaging stories.
