Consultant — Research and Analytics

Role Overview

Join Gallup's Global Analytics team as a Consultant, where you will collaborate with experts and clients to transform leadership decisions worldwide through rigorous, data-driven analysis. You will be tasked with creating and testing hypotheses, thoroughly investigating complex datasets, and delivering precise analytical insights that answer vital research questions.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with internal consultants and external clients to grasp research aims and translate them into robust analytic strategies.
• Execute comprehensive quantitative analyses, including validating datasets, cross-tabulations, modelling, and exploratory data assessment, adhering strictly to accuracy and detail.
• Deeply explore datasets to test hypotheses, integrate secondary data sources, and reveal significant trends and patterns addressing client concerns.
• Document analytic procedures and utilized data sources meticulously to maintain audit readiness.
• Develop clear, actionable analytical outputs that enable crafting insightful client presentations and deliverables.
• Participate in client meetings, providing expert analytical insights aligned with client objectives.
• Maintain Gallup's commitment to data integrity by ensuring all outputs are reliable and defensible.
• Continuously enhance analytic skills by adopting new methodologies, tools, and perspectives to solve complex research challenges.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Master’s degree is mandatory.
• Applicants must be Saudi nationals.
• Minimum two years of experience in quantitative research disciplines such as statistics, mathematics, or economics.
• At least two years of expertise handling complex survey data, including quality validation, statistical evaluation, and insight generation.
• Proficiency with Python, R, or SQL is required.
• Full professional fluency in Arabic and English.
• Experience in client-facing roles is preferred.
