Project Management

• Define and monitor project progress in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Plan and adjust project phases considering constraints and priorities.
• Lead project meetings and communicate updates regularly.
• Maintain clear documentation of decisions and project changes.

ERP Implementation

• Detail and estimate tasks for implementation.
• Install and configure ERP modules effectively.
• Customize modules by using tools like Studio, automated and scheduled actions.
• Import relevant data accurately.
• Prepare specifications and cooperate with development teams.
• Test new features and oversee client validation sessions.

Client Satisfaction and Support

• Provide training and support to end-users.
• Offer proactive recommendations to improve client business processes.
• Ensure adherence to Captivea's methodology throughout the project.

Pre-Sales Contributions

• Assist sales teams in analyzing potential client needs.
• Deliver functional demonstrations aligned with prospects' business requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business workflows.
• Experience with ERP implementations and enterprise resource planning systems.
• Understanding of finance and accounting principles.
• Preferably experienced with ERPs such as Netsuite, Sage, or Acumatica; expertise in Odoo is advantageous.
• ERP-related certifications are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Effective teamwork and client collaboration skills.
• Robust project management capability.
• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline.
