Construction Supervisor (Remote)

Job Overview

This role is focused on overseeing construction activities carried out by contractors to guarantee projects are completed strictly according to approved scope, engineering designs, as well as quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) guidelines and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage construction work ensuring compliance with project scope and design.
• Maintain adherence to QHSE standards throughout the construction process.

Experience and Skills Required

• At least 10 years of pertinent experience in construction and installation within offshore oil and gas projects.
• Demonstrated experience working in operational oil and gas process plants (brownfield environments).
• Proficiency implementing best practices, systems, processes, and standards recognized in the construction industry.
• Strong capabilities in construction management, clear communication, and resolving conflicts effectively.
• Fluency in English language is essential.

Educational Qualifications

A Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from a recognized university is required, or alternatively, a diploma in a relevant engineering field accompanied by significant construction experience.
