Role Overview
Join HjR Solutions as a Construction Scheduler for a prominent data center construction project in Port Washington, Wisconsin. This position involves working as a consultant to owners, developers, general contractors, and senior leadership, providing strategic scheduling expertise that impacts project decisions and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage detailed logic-driven CPM schedules using Oracle Primavera P6.
- Develop and maintain baseline schedules that align with project execution plans.
- Lead schedule updates, forecasting, and analyze critical paths to identify risks and recovery possibilities.
- Organize and facilitate schedule review meetings involving various project stakeholders.
- Present schedule status updates, highlight risks, and advise project leadership on recommendations.
- Assist with schedule recovery planning and perform scenario analyses and mitigation steps.
- Collaborate closely with field teams and project leaders to ensure alignment and effective project execution.
- Support forensic schedule analyses, delay assessments, and conduct Time Impact Analysis (TIA) when necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Expertise in Oracle Primavera P6 with proficiency verified through technical evaluations.
- At least 3 years of experience in construction scheduling, project controls, engineering, or management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of vertical construction processes including sequencing, methods, and project execution.
- Proven capability to independently create and sustain CPM schedules.
- Strong skills in critical path analysis, float management, and managing schedule risk.
- Excellent communication abilities to effectively interact with project teams and leadership levels.
- A proactive and solution-focused consulting approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to travel and commit to full-time onsite work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in data center, mission-critical, manufacturing, logistics, industrial, or large-scale commercial construction sectors.
- Background in consulting roles, owner's representation, or client-facing positions.
- Familiarity supporting fast-track construction initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fields.
