Concierge (Saudi National Only)

About the Role

Grand Hyatt The Red Sea is looking for a Concierge to serve as the main contact for hotel guests and members. In this role, you will help create memorable wellness-focused stays by suggesting suitable hotel services and experiences, managing reservations, and responding to membership-related questions. You will also anticipate guest and member needs and work to ensure every interaction feels smooth, helpful, and personalized.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for guests and members.
• Recommend hotel services and experiences that suit individual wellness preferences.
• Coordinate and manage bookings and reservations.
• Answer questions related to memberships and provide clear support.
• Take a proactive approach to resolving guest and member needs before they become issues.
• Contribute to a welcoming, high-quality experience throughout the guest journey.

Qualifications

A diploma or equivalent qualification in Hospitality or Tourism Management is required.
