Compliance Manager (HRCM)

Role Overview

The Compliance Manager at House Of Diagnostics will oversee adherence to HR policies by ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, labour laws, and the company's internal governance framework.

Key Duties

• Ensure that HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with healthcare and labour regulations as well as internal standards.
• Conduct periodic compliance audits and legal reviews to reduce risks to the organisation.
• Formulate, rollout, and disseminate updated and new HR policies.
• Interpret and implement healthcare-specific regulations, including those concerning patient safety and quality of products.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant should possess a deep knowledge of healthcare regulations, understand hospital workforce dynamics, and be proficient in labour laws and HR industry best practices.

Educational Qualification

MBA or PGDM qualification is required.
