The successful candidate will guide complex technology agreements across various sectors and advise on legal and regulatory aspects related to responsible AI deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate commercial contracts focusing primarily on GTM and sales transactions within EMEA, including enterprise agreements.

- Develop and enhance commercial legal infrastructure, including contract templates, process documentation, and playbooks.
- Identify and appropriately escalate legal risks while enabling business progress.
- Keep abreast of legal trends impacting AI technologies.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with clients of all sizes, regulatory bodies, and partners throughout the EMEA region.
Minimum Qualifications
- Law degree with credentials to practice in a relevant EMEA jurisdiction.
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts such as enterprise or SaaS agreements.
- Excellent legal writing and the ability to communicate complex legal principles clearly to non-legal audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SaaS agreements, technology transactions, or commercial contracts.
- Background working in-house at major technology firms with EMEA activities.
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or cutting-edge technologies in commercial contexts.
- Proven track record supporting sales teams through diverse client negotiations.
- Comfort managing multi-party agreements that involve technical and policy elements.
- Keen interest in AI technology and regulatory policy, along with commitment to responsible AI development.
- A collaborative, humble work approach with readiness to actively contribute beyond legal tasks.
- Adeptness at operating in dynamic, shifting environments.
- At least four years of legal experience.
