Collections Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a Collections Manager for a leading retail company in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in retail collections, a proven track record of managing receivables, and developing effective strategies to enhance collection rates and reduce delinquent debts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement collection strategies to meet company targets.
• Monitor outstanding debts and expedite collection processes.
• Lead and enhance the performance of the collections team.
• Negotiate with clients to find suitable repayment solutions.
• Prepare regular performance and collection rate reports.
• Coordinate with finance and sales departments to minimize debt accumulation.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 10 years of experience in collections, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within Saudi Arabia.
• Mandatory experience in the retail sector.
• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable management.
• Experience handling delinquent accounts and devising recovery plans.
• High-level leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
