Key Responsibilities

• Define the ideal customer profile and carve out target markets such as creators, teams, or agencies.
• Develop pricing strategies and clearly articulate product positioning.
• Engage in customer development, expanding beyond initial partners to validate retention and monetization.
• Collaborate closely with FutureSight’s product and engineering teams to launch and refine the first product version, prioritizing data extraction accuracy, insight clustering, and draft quality.
• Lead seed fundraising efforts with support from FutureSight’s network and traction data.
• Build and manage the founding team, setting the company’s culture and operational standards.

Desired Founder Profile

• Experience co-founding a venture-backed company.
• Proven track record in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, including sales and client interaction.
• Strong fundraising skills with the ability to craft compelling investor stories and close funding rounds.
• Expertise in attracting, mentoring, and retaining high-caliber talent.
• A realistic understanding of the challenges and demands inherent in founding a high-growth company.
• Direct experience with the creator economy, marketing technology, social platforms, or knowledge management tools, along with familiarity with AI agents or large language models.
