Role Overview

This unique opportunity invites you to join as a Co-Founder and pivotal leader responsible for shaping the future of Attlas Wire alongside the Founder. You will help define the company’s strategy, build operational frameworks, assemble teams, and develop sustainable revenue strategies to elevate Attlas Wire into an internationally respected media brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the company’s vision and growth strategy incorporating thorough market and competitive analysis.
• Forge strategic partnerships with media entities, tech firms, educational institutions, NGOs, and corporations.
• Create and diversify revenue channels such as digital ads, brand collaborations, memberships, premium subscriptions, events, reports, corporate partnerships, licensing, podcasts, and educational products.
• Establish scalable operations including talent acquisition, process optimization, performance metrics, and company culture.
• Collaborate with editorial and product teams to refine workflows, launch new editorial formats, and enhance audience engagement.
• Drive marketing and audience growth via SEO, social media, brand building, community and newsletter development, PR, influencer ties, and performance marketing.
• Partner with technology teams to improve publishing platforms, integrate AI newsroom tools, enhance user experience, and leverage emerging technologies.
• Lead fundraising activities by formulating strategies, engaging investors, preparing financial models, and supporting board presentations.

Candidate Profile

Ideal applicants come from diverse professional paths such as startup founders, business executives, media professionals, journalists, product managers, marketing and tech leaders, financial experts, consultants, and entrepreneurs.

They must possess at least eight years of leadership or related experience across business, media, technology, marketing, finance, consulting, or entrepreneurship. Candidates should demonstrate strong strategic thinking, communication, interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial drive, a fast-paced work approach, and high ethical standards.

Preferred backgrounds include digital media, journalism, SaaS, tech startups, business development, venture capital, product management, growth marketing, PR, digital advertising, analytics, corporate strategy, and operations management.

Compensation Details

This is a leadership founding role primarily compensated through equity reflecting dedication and expertise. As the company grows, compensation will evolve to market-standard salaries and performance bonuses.
