Cluster Manager

Role summary

The Cluster Manager will oversee business expansion, operating standards, and branch-level discipline across the assigned cluster. This position calls for a results-oriented leader who can guide teams, push strong AUM performance, and keep every branch aligned with company policies and compliance expectations.

Reporting line

The role reports directly to the Regional Manager and has a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Zonal Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business growth across all branches within the cluster and work toward ambitious AUM goals.
• Monitor branch performance and drive achievement of targets related to business growth, interest collection, and portfolio quality.
• Support branch teams in acquiring new business, including high-value customers and HNI accounts.
• Track and improve performance for other financial products such as insurance, gold coins, and Gold SIP.
• Ensure portfolio hygiene by keeping Gold Loan AUM within prescribed NPA limits.
• Carry out regular branch visits and confirm full monthly compliance with operational and business standards.
• Maintain strong business discipline and operational excellence across all branches in the cluster.

Eligibility criteria

Candidates must already be in Manager grade or higher. The maximum age allowed is 50 years. For applicants from ABM roles, at least 5 years of service as a Branch Head is required.

Performance measures

Evaluation for this role is based on Gold Loan Portfolio growth, new business acquisition, incremental interest collection, OFP performance, NPA control, and branch hygiene/compliance. Performance appraisal is conducted annually, with a quarterly review focused specifically on business performance.

Compensation

The offered pay is INR 50,000 to INR 90,000 per month.
