Role Overview

We are seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to lead and manage the client implementation journey from start to finish. This role involves overseeing client onboarding projects, serving as the central contact, and coordinating various teams to ensure a smooth transition to live service.

Primary Responsibilities

Oversee the entire client onboarding process and implementation projects.
Act as the principal liaison for clients throughout onboarding.
Collect and analyze client requirements to design effective operational workflows.
Collaborate with internal departments to guarantee timely project completion.
Monitor project milestones, troubleshoot challenges, and provide progress updates.
Contribute to process enhancement and documentation efforts.

Candidate Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or a related discipline.
Between three and five years of experience in onboarding, implementation, project management, or operations.
Strong skills in communication and managing stakeholders.
Superior organizational aptitude combined with problem-solving capability.
Familiarity with CRM and project management software tools.

Desirable Qualifications

Background in SaaS, HR Services, Staffing, or BPO industries.
Proficiency in both English and Spanish languages.

Additional Details

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM US Time Zone.

Work Location: On-site in Nairobi County, Kenya.
