Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Client Account Manager to spearhead growth in the Kuwait and Bahrain regions. This strategic customer-facing position involves cultivating and expanding relationships with enterprise and public sector clients, enabling their digital transformation using Lenovo's leading infrastructure solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, identify new business opportunities, and manage complex sales cycles from inception to closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a strategic portfolio of enterprise and public sector accounts to drive revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction.
- Design and implement account strategies to increase Lenovo Infrastructure Solutions’ presence and wallet share within existing customers.
- Establish strong relationships with executives and key stakeholders, positioning Lenovo as a strategic technology partner.
- Identify, pursue, and close complex infrastructure deals involving servers, storage, cloud, hybrid IT, AI, and data center technologies.
- Lead commercial negotiations and multi-stakeholder engagements to secure high-value business contracts.
- Work closely with solution architects, pre-sales, services teams, marketing, and channel partners to provide customer-oriented solutions.
- Oversee contract lifecycle management ensuring smooth execution of agreements.
- Enhance and expand partnerships to support joint go-to-market activities and maximize growth opportunities.
Candidate Profile
- 8 to 10+ years of proven success managing enterprise and public sector accounts specifically within Kuwait and Bahrain.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets.
- Experience selling complex technology solutions particularly in infrastructure, data centers, cloud, hybrid IT, AI, or other enterprise technology sectors.
- Strong skills in consultative sales, negotiation, and managing executive-level relationships.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- Commercially savvy with expertise in qualifying and converting opportunities into sustained customer value.
- Experience working within multinational companies coordinating cross-functional teams to fulfill customer needs.
- Motivated self-starter with excellent communication, a growth mindset, and dedication to nurturing long-term client partnerships.
