Role Summary

We seek a full-time, on-site Cleaning Staff member to join our Dubai office. This role involves upholding cleanliness and hygiene standards across office environments and shared spaces. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, restrooms, kitchens, and meeting rooms. Regular duties encompass emptying waste bins, replenishing supplies, cleaning windows and glass areas, and maintaining carpets, floors, and furnishings in good condition. The candidate must adhere to scheduled cleaning routines, handle cleaning tools and products safely, and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns. Working closely with the facilities team, the role supports creating a neat, organized, and welcoming atmosphere for employees, clients, and visitors.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in commercial cleaning services, particularly in office and shared business facility contexts
• Proficiency in home and house cleaning techniques to ensure tidy and sanitary indoor settings
• Ability to perform window cleaning on internal and accessible external glass surfaces
• Knowledge of carpet maintenance and basic floor care methods
• Awareness of safe handling and usage of cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment, complying with health and safety protocols
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow established cleaning schedules and checklists
• Basic English communication skills; proficiency in additional languages is considered advantageous
• Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and conduct manual tasks throughout working hours
• Previous experience in professional cleaning or facilities management roles, ideally within commercial or corporate environments
