Job Role and Responsibilities

• Perform move-in and move-out cleaning duties for residential rentals.
• Conduct thorough turnover cleaning in vacant apartments and houses.
• Provide regular housekeeping services in occupied residences when needed.
• Clean all key areas including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, floors, and common surfaces.
• Carry out in-depth cleaning tasks such as scrubbing baseboards, inside cabinets, and appliances.
• Utilize a mobile work application to receive tasks, navigate to locations via GPS, upload photographs, and update job progress.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company cleanliness standards.
• Report any property damage, maintenance issues, or areas that cannot be fully cleaned.
• Travel between job sites using personal vehicle.

Requirements

• At least two years of compensated professional cleaning experience.
• Comfort with both move-in/move-out cleanings and routine housekeeping.
• Ownership of a reliable vehicle for traveling to appointments and carrying cleaning materials.
• Possession of all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment for residential cleanings.
• Own a compatible smartphone able to run the mobile job application with GPS, camera, and instruction-reading features.
• Capability to clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, cabinets, appliances, and other detailed areas effectively.
• Ability to work independently and follow cleaning guidelines precisely.
• Basic proficiency in English communication.
• Dependability, punctuality, and comfort with GPS-verified arrival times.
