Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive deep cleaning tasks ensuring all areas meet strict hygiene standards.
• Clean by dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, attending to ceiling vents, and restroom sanitation.
• Undertake specialized cleaning assignments such as window washing and carpet care.
• Inspect areas thoroughly before and after cleaning and record findings accurately.
• Report any deficiencies or repairs needed to management promptly.
• Maintain and stock designated facility zones with necessary cleaning supplies.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety laws alongside company cleaning policies.
• Consistently maintain the high cleaning standards set by Royal York Property Management.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in professional cleaning.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable access to a vehicle.
• Familiar with diverse cleaning techniques and properly operating cleaning machinery.
• Detail-oriented, with a strong dedication to quality in all cleaning duties.
• Excellent organizational capabilities and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Knowledgeable about safe handling and use of cleaning chemicals.
• Must own an iPhone for work communication purposes.
• Flexible to accommodate varying cleaning settings and schedules.
• Physically fit to efficiently execute all required cleaning tasks.

Compensation and Benefits
