Centric PLM Developer

Role Overview

Tata Consultancy Services is looking for a Centric PLM Developer to support implementation and technical delivery work in Hyderabad. The position calls for hands-on Centric PLM software experience along with strong development, integration, and system implementation knowledge.

Domain Exposure

Experience in one or more of the following business areas is considered an advantage: apparel, footwear, fashion, retail, food and beverage, and beauty.

Implementation and Platform Knowledge

• Prior work with Centric PLM or similar software platforms is essential.
• Working knowledge of system implementation phases and delivery approach is expected.
• Familiarity with Agile-based deployment practices is preferred.
• Understanding of infrastructure and cloud environments such as Azure, GCP, and AWS is useful, along with knowledge of SaaS-based systems.
• Exposure to system modelling is helpful; UML understanding will be an added advantage for use-case analysis, solution mapping, and design.

Technical Requirements

• Ability to work with pseudo-code and regular expressions.
• Strong experience with XML and JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Solid SQL knowledge, including work with SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
• Experience building or consuming REST APIs.
• Good technical aptitude, self-driven learning ability, and a willingness to deepen technical expertise.

Education

This role is open to candidates with a B.Tech or B.E. in any specialization.
