As a Caretaker, you will ensure that designated buildings meet the highest cleanliness standards while adhering to contract specifications. This role requires weekend availability and proficiency with the Microsoft 365 platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure facility cleanliness meets Edon Management’s standards and specific client contracts.
• Promptly address urgent cleaning needs as they arise.
• Perform light custodial tasks such as dusting, polishing, spot washing, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.
• Maintain the hygiene of washrooms through regular cleaning service.
• Dispose of waste responsibly according to facility guidelines.
• Represent the company positively as a first point of contact with clients and tenants.

Qualifications and Experience

• Basic proficiency in reading and writing English.
• Previous custodial or cleaning experience is advantageous.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for site transportation.
• Ownership of a cellphone for communication purposes.
