Role Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized career counseling to employees across all organizational levels.
• Develop and conduct workshops and resources focused on career development.
• Maintain and revise career pathways aligned with organizational objectives and connect employees to educational resources.
• Work collaboratively with managers and HR partners to identify opportunities for internal mobility.
• Support initiatives to build talent pipelines, including programs involving high schools and internal candidates.
• Monitor career development metrics and prepare reports for leadership review.
• Analyze trends to suggest improvements to career-related programs.
• Promote career development tools and resources to boost employee engagement.
• Act as a subject matter expert for career development best practices.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Education, Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• At least three years of experience in career counseling, workforce development, or related HR or learning and development positions.
• Career coaching or counseling certification is preferred.

Additional Information

Applicants must be vaccinated or have laboratory-confirmed immunity against Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella. Additionally, a flu vaccination is mandatory during the hiring year's flu season and annually thereafter unless a medical or religious exemption is granted.
