Car Driver

Position Overview

We are seeking a responsible and professional Car Driver to safely operate company vehicles, primarily ensuring the secure and timely transportation of the Company's Director, employees, clients, and guests. This role demands strict adherence to traffic laws, impeccable professionalism, confidentiality, and maintaining the highest standards in vehicle care and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicle in a safe and lawful manner for all official assignments.
• Provide punctual pick-up and drop-off services for the Company's Director at various official and personal locations, maintaining discretion and professionalism.
• Transport company employees, clients, and visitors as requested.
• Strategically plan travel routes considering traffic to ensure timely arrivals.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean, hygienic, and in optimal condition at all times.
• Conduct daily inspections of vehicle essentials including fuel, engine oil, coolant, tyres, brakes, lights, and battery.
• Ensure all necessary vehicle documentation such as registration, insurance, pollution control certificate, permits, and fitness certificates are current and readily accessible.
• Schedule and coordinate timely vehicle servicing, repairs, maintenance, and document renewals.
• Maintain detailed daily logs covering trips, mileage, fuel use, tolls, parking, and related expenses.
• Assist with office errands including document delivery, bank visits, procurement, and other administration as needed.
• Immediately notify management of any vehicle incidents, accidents, damages, or traffic infringements.
• Securely park the vehicle after work hours.

Applicant Requirements

• Possession of a valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) driving license.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional driving experience.
• Thorough knowledge of Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, and nearby areas, their traffic patterns, alternative routes, and GPS navigation skills.
• Clean driving record free of major violations.
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Highly punctual, disciplined, reliable, and well-presented.
• Effective communication skills paired with courteous and professional demeanor.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when driving the Director.
• Readiness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and undertake outstation travel as necessary.
