Job Summary
The opportunity involves serving as a Business Launch Advisor responsible for propelling business development by converting prospects into finalized company registrations. The role requires providing comprehensive consultation, maintaining diligent follow-ups, and nurturing professional client relationships to achieve high conversion ratios. The advisor ensures precise communication, upholds service quality aligned with brand standards, and meets sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate business growth by advising clients and assisting in the company formation process.
- Engage in timely follow-ups with potential clients to convert leads efficiently.
- Manage customer relationships professionally to deliver superior service aligned with company values.
- Maintain and utilize CRM systems effectively for tracking sales pipeline and client data.
Qualifications and Skills
- Solid experience using CRM platforms, with a preference for Zoho CRM.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook applications.
- Able to work comfortably with business setup websites and online licensing systems.
- Basic analytical skills for reporting and performance evaluation.
- Knowledge of UAE company registration procedures, free zone jurisdictions, and visa regulations is beneficial.
