Business Intelligence (BI) Developer

About the Role

A prominent multinational hospitality organization based in Central London is expanding its team due to ongoing international growth and technology investments. They are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Developer to contribute to their analytical and reporting capabilities within a dynamic and commercially focused setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and sustain BI reports, interactive dashboards, and management reporting tools utilized across the organization.
• Support and administer the group’s reporting and analytics platforms ensuring ongoing development.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries essential for data extraction and reporting processes.
• Collaborate closely with finance and operational departments to provide valuable business insights.
• Assist with financial budgeting, forecasting, and performance measurement activities.
• Support system integrations, propose system enhancements, and drive continuous process improvements.
• Diagnose and resolve any reporting discrepancies to guarantee data accuracy and integrity.
• Document technical processes and assist end-users with their reporting needs.
• Partner with various business stakeholders to lead strategic reporting and analytics projects.

Candidate Qualifications

• Professional experience in Business Intelligence development, reporting analysis, or related BI roles.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL with exposure to managing large and complex datasets.
• Proven track record developing reports, dashboards, and comprehensive management information solutions.
• Familiarity with coding or scripting languages suited for data or reporting environments.
• Strong analytical aptitude and problem-solving capabilities accompanied by meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills enabling collaboration with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with ERP, finance, or enterprise reporting software is a plus.

Preferred Additional Experience

• Hands-on experience with Infor EPM version 12 Cloud platform.
• Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting workflows.
• Background in hospitality, retail, or multinational organizations with multiple sites is highly desirable.

Compensation & Benefits

The role offers a competitive salary ranging between £40,000 and £50,000 annually, complemented by a performance bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
