About The Convention Centre Dublin

Role Overview
The primary goal is to support The CCD by managing business information systems governance and driving project execution. The successful candidate will take ownership of critical business information systems.
Key Duties
- Manage data and administration for essential Business Information System software, including applications such as Momentus, Microsoft Power Platform, and AI tools.
- Create new business reports and supervise current reporting structures.
- Lead the deployment and support of AI applications across the organization.
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for company-wide business information and intelligence systems.
- Participate actively in implementing updates and modifications to business information systems.
- Conduct proactive testing and quality assurance on internal business applications; identify and resolve problems or escalate them to developers as necessary.
- Support change management processes and offer technical assistance to colleagues using various applications.
- Deliver comprehensive systems orientation to new employees and conduct refresher training or introduce new tools when required.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout all interactions.
- Contribute to additional projects as directed by the Head of Cybersecurity and ICT.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience working with SQL database applications and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Skillful in using Power BI and Power Automate tools specifically.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with AI tools and their practical applications.
- Experience with Copilot Studio is considered favorable.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Highly self-driven and motivated.
- Demonstrates excellent teamwork abilities.
