Business Development Supervisor - Auto Central

Overview

This position aims to lead the expansion of Auto Central's Aftersales division by identifying fresh business prospects, enhancing customer engagement, and boosting revenue from service and parts. The role covers growth in Retail, Bodyshop, Fleet, and Government sectors, collaborating closely with internal teams to elevate customer loyalty and operational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute strategies for business development to meet revenue and profit objectives.
• Spot new market opportunities by conducting thorough research, analyzing competitors, and gaining customer insights.
• Establish and nurture relationships with fleet, government, and corporate clients to secure enduring collaborations.
• Work alongside the Aftersales Marketing team to carry out customer retention initiatives and promotional campaigns.
• Draft proposals and quotations, and handle negotiations of commercial contracts with clients.
• Track account progress, discover avenues for growth, and enhance customer satisfaction levels.
• Drive business development projects and aid in enhancing processes across the Aftersales operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive, or a relevant field.
• Between 5 to 8 years of proven experience in Automotive Aftersales Business Development, Fleet Sales, or Account Management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the automotive aftersales sector, including services, parts, and fleet management.
• Successful track record in creating new business opportunities and handling key accounts.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Strong analytical aptitude with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
