Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Melbourne team. This position centers around building strategic sales pipelines with enterprise and mid-market clients across ANZ and Asia, emphasizing quality over quantity. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop commercial thinking beyond mere outbound activities, working closely with Account Executives to support account growth and complex deal cycles.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives on designated enterprise and mid-market accounts to cultivate strategic sales pipelines.
• Engage in quality outreach targeting mid-level to senior stakeholders, tailoring communications for relevance and impact.
• Support the development of long-term client relationships within regulated and digital transformation-driven sectors.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in Business Development Representative (BDR), Sales Development Representative (SDR), or outbound prospecting roles within structured environments.
• Proficiency in crafting personalized outreach and understanding of lead qualification and discovery processes.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills capable of engaging mid-level and senior decision-makers.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn, and sales sequencing tools.
• Language skills in Bahasa, Mandarin, Thai, or Malay are considered advantageous.
