Role Overview
The Business Development Manager position is a full-time, on-premises role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The key responsibilities include discovering and developing new business prospects, cultivating and sustaining relationships with corporate clients, and advocating the firm's tax consulting and compliance services. Daily activities encompass analyzing target markets, crafting proposals and presentations, engaging in client discussions, and managing contract negotiations. The incumbent will work closely with tax consultants to synchronize service offerings with client requirements, aid marketing campaigns, and monitor sales achievements versus objectives. Maintaining detailed records using CRM software and regularly reporting on sales pipeline and revenue projections are also essential duties.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in business development, sales, and client account oversight within professional services or financial consulting sectors.
- Excellent skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Background or strong interest in corporate taxation, VAT, and international tax advisory services.
- Competency in conducting market research, analyzing opportunities, and creating detailed proposals.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, MS Office tools, and producing structured reports and presentations.
- Possession of a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or relevant fields; professional certifications in tax or business development are advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue targets, collaborate with technical teams, and manage multiple client priorities.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an added benefit.
