About the Role
Join Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) as a Business Development Manager within the TouchPoints (Meedaf) team, committed to digital innovation and exceptional customer service. This role focuses on enhancing digital customer engagement through loyalty programme management and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new strategic partners to enhance the TouchPoints programme and increase partner involvement.
- Manage the complete partner lifecycle including prospecting, negotiation, onboarding, and coordination with account management teams.
- Design commercial frameworks such as commission structures, marketing funding, and points exchange models to ensure profitable and sustainable revenue streams.
- Meet and exceed assigned revenue targets by leveraging new partners and partner-driven initiatives.
- Drive revenue growth via upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new redemption and engagement strategies.
- Continuously improve partner offerings and collaborate with internal teams on campaigns, system integrations, and operational actions to enhance revenue and program impact.
- Develop forward-looking revenue forecasts, monitor performance, identify gaps, and implement targeted commercial and operational improvements.
- Maintain high service standards, promptly addressing any service risks or issues that may arise.
- Ensure adherence to departmental policies and procedures, upholding the quality and consistency of service delivery to customers and stakeholders.
- Lead and motivate the team to actively participate in change initiatives in alignment with the Bank's standards.
- Exemplify the Bank's service standards and commitments in all interactions.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- At least 6 years of demonstrated experience in partnership development, business growth, or loyalty programme management, preferably within finance, retail, travel, or digital commerce sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or closely related fields.
- Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, CRM/Loyalty platforms, strategic sales, key account management, or project management (such as PMP, Agile) are advantageous.
- Expertise in business awareness, partner relationship management, negotiation, customer-centric approaches, and performance analytics.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary range: AED 20,000 to AED 30,000, with eligibility for variable pay schemes.
