Role Overview
We are on the lookout for an accomplished Business Development Manager located in Saudi Arabia. This role suits a self-driven professional capable of navigating a start-up landscape, working autonomously while having a strong record of securing new recruitment business.
Key Responsibilities
- Discover and cultivate new business prospects across Saudi Arabia primarily in Oil & Gas, Energy, Engineering, and Technology sectors
- Forge and sustain robust relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Promote a comprehensive portfolio of services including permanent recruitment, contract staffing, payroll, and workforce management
- Lead client engagements, presentations, and negotiations effectively
- Develop customized recruitment and manpower strategies aligned with client needs
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of client projects
- Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and deliver pertinent market insights
- Represent the company at industry events and networking forums
- Contribute strategically to long-term growth and regional GCC expansion
Key Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in business development or sales within the recruitment arena
- Fluency in both Arabic and English languages
- Deep knowledge of contract and permanent recruitment processes
- Proven ability to secure new business and manage end-to-end sales cycles
- Commercial savvy to structure deals and client proposals
- Insight into workforce solutions including payroll administration, onboarding, and compliance specific to Saudi Arabia
- Established professional network in target sectors
- Capability to work independently, especially in remote settings
- Willingness and ability to travel across Saudi Arabia as needed
