Primary Duties

• Reach out to potential PCD distributors and third-party manufacturing clients.
• Respond to current inquiries and pursue fresh business prospects.
• Develop and sustain robust client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams about order updates and client issues.
• Maintain daily updates of client records, call summaries, and CRM entries.
• Meet monthly targets for business development and organizational activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any field.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience of up to two years in sales, business development, telecalling, customer support, or client relations is beneficial.
• Fluent spoken Hindi.
• Basic reading and writing skills in English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with basic computer applications including MS Excel, email, and Google Sheets.
• Positive mindset with eagerness to learn.
• Excellent follow-up abilities and relationship management skills.
• Well-organized, disciplined, and goal-driven attitude.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary ranging between ₹10,000 and ₹40,000, along with performance-based incentives.
