Techloset Solutions is looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder to assist in acquiring high-quality projects and fostering long-term client partnerships through the Upwork platform. This role involves crafting compelling proposals, professional client communication, and leveraging bidding strategies to successfully win projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Search for suitable projects on Upwork and develop personalized, persuasive proposals that improve success rates.
• Engage professionally with potential clients and handle inquiries related to projects.
• Comprehend client needs and develop customized proposals accordingly.
• Maintain ongoing communication and solidify strong professional connections with clients.
• Work closely with the technical team to grasp project requirements and draft precise proposals.
• Monitor bidding results and implement improvements to increase conversion efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

• Resident of Faisalabad, Pakistan.
• 1 to 2 years of proven expertise in bidding on Upwork.
• Excellent skills in proposal writing and engaging with clients.
• Experience in winning projects related to AI, software development, web and mobile app development, or digital services.
• Good knowledge of Upwork's bidding algorithms and strategies.
• Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Self-driven, well-organized, and focused on achieving targets.
