Job Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional business and technical teams to collect, analyze, and document product needs.
• Comprehend company objectives and the interplay of systems and processes.
• Design and visualize comprehensive business process flows to aid product development.
• Discover opportunities for efficiency through automation and AI integration.
• Create user story maps ensuring complete product functionality coverage.
• Assist in formulating actionable roadmaps with clear milestones and priorities.
• Support AI proof-of-concept projects, minimum viable product definitions, and iterative releases.
• Establish measurable KPIs such as task duration to gauge solution effectiveness.
• Define precise user stories and acceptance criteria guiding development teams.
• Coordinate testing phases including functional and user acceptance testing of AI solutions.
• Facilitate ongoing feedback collection to refine product features.
• Manage backlogs using tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Maintain thorough documentation of updates and new functionalities.
• Operate within scrum or agile teams to ensure timely delivery of increments.
• Serve as a communication bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Oversee organizational change management and promote adoption of AI and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 4 to 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within product development environments.
• A proactive mindset dedicated to continuous improvement and problem-solving.
• Strong background in agile and scrum methodologies.
• Meticulous documentation, process mapping, and user story crafting skills.
• Experience collaborating with diverse roles including product owners, developers, testers, and end-users.
• Hands-on proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent project management platforms.
• Team-oriented with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
• Facilitation skills adept at leading workshops and aligning stakeholder perspectives.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and process visualization software.
• Familiarity with Figma or comparable design and prototyping tools in agile settings.

Preferred Skills and Certifications

• Certifications like PSM I, CCBA, CBAP, or AAC-IIBA are advantageous.
• Experience in insurance or consultancy sectors is a plus.
• Knowledge of AI and automation technologies is beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range from $75,000 to $110,000, dependent on experience, location, and skill relevance.
