Role Summary

We are seeking two Business Analysts who will apply their practical understanding of project management methodologies to deliver excellent analytical and administrative business support. You will assist projects by collecting and documenting business requirements, contributing to analysis activities, and ensuring consistent communication of project data to relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze the scope, objectives, and expected business value of proposed initiatives through stakeholder engagement.
• Create and update Activity Diagrams representing business workflows and processes.
• Develop Use Case Models and comprehensive Use Case documentation to capture detailed functional requirements.
• Work alongside Engineering teams to review and enhance Conceptual Solution Designs and Sequence Diagrams.
• Define and document Epics, Features, and User Stories within Jira, including well-specified acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Quality Analysts and Engineers to examine test plans and cases, and to support defect triage and resolution.
• Guide, coordinate, and provide daily assistance to offshore GCC team members to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Profile

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to evaluate complex business and technical challenges and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, able to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and interpret business needs for technical teams.
• Proficient in stakeholder management and facilitation, including conducting workshops and achieving cross-functional alignment on project scope and objectives.
• Disciplined in managing and documenting requirements with clarity, traceability, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Effective teamwork and collaboration skills within diverse groups including engineers, architects, and business units to drive successful outcomes.
