  • Build scalable semantic models in Fabric workspaces and connect them to data lakes or data warehouses.
  • Write business logic using DAX and Power Query (M) to deliver consistent and reusable calculations.
  • Combine and transform data from ERP, SharePoint, Excel, APIs, and Fabric Pipelines across on-premise and cloud sources.
  • Maintain data accuracy and completeness across dashboards, semantic models, and reporting outputs.
  • Investigate and fix issues related to refresh failures, performance, data quality, and access.
  • Publish, secure, manage, and monitor reporting solutions in Power BI.
  • Handle workspace administration, user permissions, refresh schedules, distribution, and production reporting lifecycle support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, Statistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 2–4 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, or digital enablement.
  • At least 2 years of practical Power BI development experience in an enterprise setting.
  • Strong command of Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, Power Query (M), and data modelling.
  • Working understanding of Microsoft Fabric and related components such as OneLake, Dataflows, pipelines, or integrated analytics workflows.
  • Good SQL skills and experience working with structured enterprise datasets.
  • Experience creating dashboards and KPI reports for business users with a strong focus on accuracy, usability, and quality.
  • Ability to analyze requirements, solve problems, and convert business needs into usable reporting solutions.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams in a matrixed organization.
  • Preferred exposure to ERP, procurement, sourcing, and supplier management systems.
  • Preferred experience with Azure, Microsoft Fabric, APIs, or enterprise analytics platforms.
