Experience and qualifications

No prior experience is needed. You should be available for flexible shifts that may include early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Regular attendance and punctuality are expected, and you should be able to follow store policies, prepare beverages and food to standard or customized recipes, handle cash, maintain store safety and security, and switch between different tasks during a shift.

Skills and abilities

You’ll need strong communication skills, the ability to learn quickly, and the confidence to follow oral and written instructions. Good interpersonal skills, teamwork, relationship-building, and the ability to request clarification when needed are also important.
