Role Overview
This position supports day-to-day back-office and banking operations for a process services environment. The role involves handling transaction processing, maintaining records across internal systems, managing email communications, supporting tax-related documentation, and preparing analytical reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Process internet banking activities and support a variety of banking-related transactions.
- Create, update, and maintain master records in ERP, core banking, and other internal applications.
- Oversee official email communication and manage shared mailbox operations.
- Support TDS documentation, reconciliations, and compliance-related follow-ups.
- Build MIS reports, study data trends, and automate reporting tasks using advanced Excel.
Compensation
The role offers a monthly stipend/salary in the range of INR 12,000 to INR 16,000.
