We assist high-growth, tech-oriented companies in securing strategic government grants such as EDG, MRA, and RISC. Our small, agile team values ownership, accountability, and proactive problem identification.
Role Overview
This role is a practical B2B partnerships position suited for a self-driven individual who can convert targeted partner outreach into qualified referrals, marketing campaigns, sales pipeline, and signed clients. You will inherit a defined ideal customer profile (ICP), a tested LinkedIn prospecting method, a clear partner proposition, and an existing target list. The role focuses on consistent execution with opportunities for creating scalable channel partnerships and earning uncapped commissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prioritize, and build a pipeline of qualified partners including government agencies, professional services, corporate firms, associations, chambers, and accelerators related to Singapore’s economic development and export promotion.
- Conduct targeted outreach via LinkedIn, email, warm introductions, and ecosystem networking channels.
- Assess partners for client access, referral potential, collaborative willingness, and commercial suitability.
- Convert engagement into referrals, email campaigns, webinars, grant clinics, introductions, or ongoing collaborative campaigns.
- Coordinate partner activations and co-branded initiatives alongside the marketing team.
- Maintain detailed records of partnerships, referrals, campaigns, and results within the CRM system.
- Report weekly on outreach activities, ongoing discussions, activations, consultations, pipeline progression, and revenue generated.
- Document partnership playbooks to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity beyond individual management.
- Discontinue engagement with partners that do not yield commercial progress.
Working Culture
- Focus on outcomes, measuring success by consultations, pipeline generation, and revenue rather than mere meetings or agreements.
- Emphasis on actionable partner activation over simple networking.
- Strict adherence to documentation in shared systems for transparency and continuity.
- Ownership of personal pipeline with early identification of obstacles.

Candidate Profile and Requirements
- A minimum of one year’s relevant experience in partnerships, business development, channel management, account development, export services, or ecosystem engagement.
- Proven ability to advance external relationships into referrals, marketing campaigns, qualified pipelines, or revenue generation.
- Experience dealing with target partners like economic agencies, professional services, chambers, and accelerators is essential.
- Prior work with international B2B clients, preferably from Singapore, APAC, UK, or Australia.
- Skill in distinguishing commercially viable partners from unproductive contacts.
- Proficient spoken and written English, capable of leading video calls with Singapore-based partners.
- Experience managing CRM opportunities, follow-ups, and next steps.
- Strong independent work ethic with minimal need for supervision.
- Comfortable utilizing AI tools for research and reporting while applying personal judgment.
- Reliable computer, stable internet connection, and a professional setting suitable for external video meetings.
Performance Expectations
Month 1: Onboard successfully, prioritize target partners, conduct minimum 10 qualified outreaches weekly, hold at least 2 introductory partner meetings weekly, maintain 6 active opportunities, launch 1 partner activation, and generate 1 qualified consultation.
Month 2: Sustain 10+ qualified outreaches weekly, hold 3+ introductory meetings weekly, manage 10–15 active opportunities, launch 3 or more activations, generate 4 qualified consultations, establish 2+ repeatable referral partners, and deprioritize inactive partners.
Month 3 and beyond: Continue 8–10 qualified outreaches weekly, hold 2–3 meetings weekly, maintain 10–15 active opportunities, execute 2–3 activation initiatives monthly, produce 8 qualified consultations, close at least 1 partner-referred deal monthly, keep CRM updated, and focus effort on productive partner types.
Compensation
Base Salary: LKR 285,500 per month for responsibilities including partner sourcing, qualification, activation, crm management, reporting, and documentation.
Commission: LKR 9,100 for each qualified partner consultation and LKR 64,900 for each partner-referred signed client, payable after the client’s initial deposit.
Commission applies only to properly recorded opportunities meeting qualification criteria.
Working Hours
Fully remote role with working hours aligned to Singapore time, approximately 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM Sri Lanka time.
Interview Process
- Completion of a work sample test focused on partner prioritization, outreach, activation judgment, and CRM management.
- Video interview to assess commercial judgment and ownership of partnerships.
- Potential paid one-month trial at full base salary to evaluate practical performance against expected outcomes.
