Role overview

This is a full-time, on-site Auto Denter position in Doha, Qatar. The role focuses on restoring vehicle bodywork to manufacturer-level standards through dent removal, panel repair, alignment, welding, and surface preparation.

What you will do

• Inspect damaged vehicles and determine the extent of bodywork required.
• Repair, replace, and align body panels and related body parts.
• Carry out denting, panel beating, welding, and other body repair tasks using the right tools and equipment.
• Prepare repaired surfaces so they are ready for painting.
• Follow all workshop safety practices and keep the work area neat and well organized.
• Coordinate with painters, mechanics, and supervisors to complete jobs on schedule.
• Record the work completed and assist with quality checks.
• Support efforts to improve workshop methods and overall repair workflow.

Qualifications and requirements

• Hands-on ability in vehicle denting and panel beating, including repair, replacement, and alignment work.
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, welding gear, and measuring instruments safely.
• Good understanding of vehicle body construction, repair methods, and pre-paint surface preparation.
• Careful, quality-driven workmanship with the ability to follow technical directions and repair manuals.
• Awareness of workplace safety standards and the discipline to maintain a safe, tidy workshop.
• Prior experience in auto denting or automotive body repair, ideally in a dealership or professional workshop.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills for working with supervisors and other technicians.
• Willingness to work full time on-site in Doha, Qatar; local or GCC experience is considered beneficial.
• Vocational training or certification in automotive body repair is preferred.
