Job description

Role Overview and Candidate Profile

We seek an Audit Consultant with at least two years of auditing experience and a bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, economics, or business informatics, alongside a strong passion for auditing. Candidates should demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills, confident and professional interaction with colleagues and clients, and an ability to quickly learn and deliver high-quality work under pressure. Analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and high organizational skills with a critical approach to one's own work are essential. Proficiency in office software (MS Excel, MS Office) and fluent English language skills are required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform specific audit tasks as part of high-quality financial statement audits.
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of various industries by conducting audits across three core phases: planning, testing, and reporting.
  • Prepare and process financial and accounting data necessary during audit phases.
  • Create audit documentation using Deloitte's audit software and standardized templates to support field teams.
  • Participate in tailored training programs and receive mentorship from seniors and managers to build independence and technical expertise.
  • Enhance analytical skills by auditing financial reports, transactions, and internal control processes.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry changes and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop into a trusted advisor for both local and international clients.
  • Represent Deloitte and strengthen its brand through collaboration with colleagues and professional communities.
