About the Role

We seek a skilled lawyer with 2 to 5+ years post-qualification experience (PQE) from a leading law firm to join our Projects team based in Singapore. This team handles a diverse array of regional energy and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will engage in various projects and construction matters spanning the entire project lifecycle.

The focus will be on sectors such as energy (renewable and conventional power) and infrastructure, including transportation, water, waste, and social infrastructure projects. The team’s work often involves complex, large-scale cross-border projects throughout the Asia Pacific region.

This position entails advising prominent developers, sponsors, contractors, and suppliers on early-stage project structuring and drafting construction documentation, alongside addressing commercial and technical challenges during project execution. The role includes significant client engagement and involves active participation in business development and marketing efforts.
