Role Overview

The Associate will join VaynerMedia’s Creator, Affiliate, Influencer & Talent (CAIT) Team, offering essential assistance in managing paid and earned influencer campaigns. This entry-level position requires approximately one year of relevant experience and involves research, organizational tasks, and administrative support to ensure campaign efficiency. Candidates should be inquisitive about influencer marketing, eager to learn, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, teamwork-driven environment while meeting the company's high standards of execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Support influencer sourcing via research, discovery, and utilizing platform native lists.
• Assist in contract management and maintain internal databases, trackers, and campaign documentation.
• Help with outreach communications for both earned and paid influencer campaigns.
• Monitor campaign deadlines and deliverables to aid campaign execution and collect performance data for reporting and insights.
• Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the CAIT team as required.

Candidate Profile

• Between 0 to 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or a related field; internships are welcomed.
• Strong research capabilities and exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfortable handling spreadsheets, trackers, and administrative duties.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines with supervision.
• A collaborative attitude and readiness to support team members.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary range: $60,000 to $65,000 USD annually, depending on skills, experience, and location.
